This paper introduces the eight aspects of the special project of mobile internet and industrialization of 4G for NDRC, summarizes the research and development and application fields of the key technologies of mobile Internet to be promoted by this special project, and emphatically analyzes the opportunities for the development of frequency components and sensors.
