目的 旨在弄清什么问题对中风患者及其照料者是很重要的,并研究是否这些问题随时间而发生变化。 方法 选取4个月内3个公立医院的急性中风病人(n=215)为研究对象,各由专职人员1名在出院后6个月和2年进行随访,其中部分病人(n=60)在出院后2周增加1次随访。病人有机会询问他想知道的有关卒中的任何问题。通过提问下述问题:①您想问有关中风的问题吗?②对于中风您有想问却没有问的问题吗?③有无您问过尚无满意答案的问题?④有关您的中风的问题是否需要帮助?每次随访中采用ADL等评分评定残疾程度,通过病人或病人家属的信访资料进行研究。
The purpose is to identify what issues are important for stroke patients and their caregivers and to see if these issues change over time. Methods Acute stroke patients (n = 215) in three public hospitals within 4 months were selected as study subjects. One full-time staff were followed up 6 months and 2 years after discharge respectively. Some patients (n = 60) Two weeks after discharge, one additional follow-up. The patient has the opportunity to ask any questions he wants to know about a stroke. Ask the following questions by asking: ① Do you want to ask a question about stroke? ② Do you have a question about stroke that you have not asked? ③ Have you asked if you have a satisfactory answer? ④ about your stroke Need help? The level of disability, such as ADL, is assessed at each follow-up and is examined by petition information from the patient or patient’s family.
