党的十一届三中全会以来的10年间,我们取得的成就是举世瞩目的。但是前进的道并路不平坦,困难和问题确实不少。从思想文化方面认真总结正反两面的经验.从而提高实行“两个文明”一起抓的自觉性,对于进一步保证改革和建设事业的健康发展,无疑是有重大意义的。一条重要的历史经验社会主义建设的实践告诉我们,什么时候实行“两个文明”一起抓,我们事业的发展就顺利;反之,就会遭挫折,走弯路。 10年来改革和建设成就的取得,从思想文化方面来说,重要原因之一就在于我们党重视
During the 10 years since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, we have made remarkable achievements in our achievements.
