On July 1, 2014 China-Russia Engineering and Technology Forum co-sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology, Heilongjiang Provincial Government and the Russian Federation of Scientific Research and Industry and other units opened in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. This forum is one of the important activities of the first “China-Russia-Russia Expo” held in Harbin. Feng Changgen, vice chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, Sun Yongbo, vice governor of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government, and Alessandrov Vladimir Leonidovich, head of the Russian delegation, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
