精神发育迟滞(Mental retardation)又称智能发育不全,它是一组病因复杂,治疗困难的疾病。精神发育迟滞的定义为:患者智力功能低下,适应行为受损,且在18岁以前发病。1987年4月,我们配合全国残疾人抽样调查对萍乡市芦溪区6乡镇进行了这项调查,现将调查的结果报告如下。材料和方法本次调查采用 PPES 抽样方法,被抽中的样本中除2个镇外,其余4个乡都是1981年防疫部门经过微量元素检测发现为缺碘的地区。这次调查2754人,实查2922人。调查队由神经精神科及儿科医生和调查员组成。
Mental retardation (mental retardation), also known as mental retardation, it is a group of complex causes, the treatment of difficult diseases. The results of the investigation are reported as follows. MATERIALS AND METHODS The PPES sampling method was used in this survey. In addition to the 2 towns in the sampled samples, the remaining 4 townships were all areas that were found to be iodine deficient by trace elements testing in the epidemic prevention departments in 1981. The survey of 2754 people, the actual survey 2922 people. The investigation team consists of neuropsychiatry and pediatricians and investigators.
