改革开放以来,社会主义市场经济的重新定位,我国迎来经济的繁荣发展期。此外,世界贸易组织的加入,国际市场的开放,企业在发展中如何保持自己的优势地位,积极开拓国际市场,形成自己的品牌特色是实现企业可持续发展的关键。要想实现企业的逐步稳定发展,积极做好企业的全面预算管理与控制,制定合理的生产与投资计划显得尤为重要。本文主要针对企业预算管理进行分析,积极引导企业做好预算管理工作,开好地开展生产作业,推动企业更好明天的到来。
