幼儿教育作为基础教育的重要部分,同时也是学前教育的基础。幼儿园是进行幼儿教育的主要机构,想要提高幼儿教育的效果,就必须采取有效的幼儿园管理模式。然而,目前我国众多的幼儿园在管理上还存在很多不足,需要我们继续探索改进,以促进幼儿教育事业的发展。本文分析了目前幼儿园管理存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了5点建议。
Early childhood education as an important part of basic education, but also the foundation of pre-school education. Kindergarten is the primary institution for early childhood education. If you want to improve the effect of early childhood education, you must adopt an effective kindergarten management model. However, there are still many deficiencies in the management of many kindergartens in our country, and we need to continue to explore improvements to promote the development of preschool education. This article analyzes the existing problems in kindergarten management and puts forward five suggestions on these issues.
