新课改下,教师要有新的教学理念、新的师生关系,从而有新的课堂教学模式,这样的课堂才有魅力。教师可以从以下几个方面入手,提高课堂魅力:上好第一节课和每节课的新课导入;增强情境创设的有效性;优化教学资源,重视形象生动的直观教学;教师要有乐观心态和多培养自己的课堂调控能力,从而打造有魅力的生物课堂,提高课堂效率。
