新型铝合金天线长春光学机械研完所和北京冶炼厂联合研制成新型铝合金卫星地面接收天线。它是用超塑性铝-锌-镁合金板材制成的。这种天线给电视观众带来图象清晰的效果,最近在北京通过了部级鉴定。起塑性铝-锌-镁合金具有较高的强度和耐腐蚀性能,有良好的涂敷性、可焊性、导电性能,除制作卫星地面接收天线外,还可制造仪表壳、复杂的机器零件。超塑性铝合金是目前世界铝工业重点开发的新型材料之一。
