金属材料拉伸试验过程中,由于试验系统柔度(K值)的作用,使试样从弹性区过渡到塑性区的变形速度突然提高几十倍,甚至数百倍。这对屈服极限和屈服强度的测定产生明显的影响。因而测定试验系统的K值是非常重要的。本文对K值测定的影响因素进行了分析,以便能较准确地测定试验系统的柔度(K值)。一、测量仪器对K值的影响众所周知,测定K值时,试样必须有屈服平台,屈服前后试验机驱动速度应保持恒定,准确地测定出弹性变形速度ν(?)和塑性变形速度ν_p。在试验过程中绘制出精确的负荷-位移、负荷-时间和位移-时间曲线。试验仪器对于测试结果有着明显的影响。
During the tensile test of metallic materials, the deformation rate of the specimen from the elastic zone to the plastic zone suddenly increases by several tens or even hundreds of times due to the effect of the test system’s flexibility (K value).
