为了放大微伏级信号,前置放大器的输入噪声电压必须很小。本文介绍由本厂仿制美国微功耗公司(Micro-power Co)生产的5GOP07运算放大器。它具有低失调、低噪声、低漂移、偏置电流小、能在低电压3V 单电源情况下正常工作等优点。其参数性能、外引线排列均与 MP 等公司生产的 OP07相同,可以互换使用,并和μA725、μA741、LM308/A、LM108/A及 AD510等电路相兼容。电路原理图如图1所示。5GOP07运算放大器应用广泛,可用于稳定积分、精密加法器、比较器、阈值电压检测电路和对微弱信号的精确放大,适宜于在医用电子仪器,工业计量仪器和测量仪表中使用。
To amplify the micro-volt signal, the preamplifier input noise voltage must be small. This article describes the 5GOP07 op amp manufactured by our mock-up Micro-power Co. It has the advantages of low offset, low noise, low drift, small bias current, and normal operation under low voltage 3V single power supply. Its parametric performance and outer lead arrangement are the same as those of the OP07 manufactured by MP, etc. and are interchangeable and compatible with circuits such as μA725, μA741, LM308 / A, LM108 / A and AD510. The 5GOP07 op amp is widely used for stable integration, precision adders, comparators, threshold voltage detection circuits and accurate amplification of weak signals for use in medical electronics, industrial instrumentation, and instrumentation.
