作为我国社会的一项十分关键的基础设施,电力系统对人们的生活与工作发挥着巨大的作用,并且也充分关系到社会的发展。随着当前人们生活水平的日益提升,也使得人们对电力系统提出了更多更高的要求。因此,电力工程就要不断地发展优化,采用更加科学有效的管理模式来促进电力系统的良好运行,以满足人们的电力需求。PDCA管理模式对电力工程管理水平的提升具有极大的促进作用。本文主要探讨了在电力工程管理中合理应用PDCA管理模式的措施,仅供参考。
As a very critical infrastructure in our country’s society, the power system plays a huge role in people’s lives and work, and it also fully affects the development of society. With the increasing standard of living of people today, people are making more demands on the power system. Therefore, electric power engineering must be continuously developed and optimized, and a more scientific and effective management model should be adopted to promote the good operation of the electric power system so as to meet people’s power needs. The PDCA management model has greatly promoted the improvement of the management level of power projects. This article mainly discusses the measures for the rational application of PDCA management mode in power engineering management and is for reference only.
