Well-known art website “Art Price ” published a research article in September, saying that at present, with the exception of China, another powerful force that has made remarkable growth in the international art market is India. The reason for this is that the rapid economic growth in India in the mid-1990s spawned a group of investors and sponsors who were eager to invest in works of art created by their own countrymen. To date, this demand has rapidly expanded to the global level and is further ignited by the climate of short-term cash. Indian art star works are auctioned at auction houses around the world, Hong Kong, Dubai, London, New York, New Delhi and Paris.
