为了加强煤炭行业法制建设,煤炭工业部政策法规司对部分煤炭企事业单位法制建设的基本情况进行了一次调查。收到反馈资料150份,基本上反映了目前煤炭企事业单位法制建设的现状和存在的主要问题。
In order to strengthen the legal construction of the coal industry, the Policy and Law Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry conducted a survey on the basic situation of the legal construction of some coal-based enterprises and public institutions. The receipt of 150 feedback materials basically reflects the current status quo and major problems in the legal system construction of coal enterprises and public institutions.
