三年来,我厂党委按照中央有关文件精神,认真履行自己的职责,努力发挥党委的保证监督作用,积极支持厂长对企业实行全面负责,使全厂安定团结,改革不断深入,生产持续增长,效果稳步提高。我厂连续三年被株洲市命名为“双文明建设红旗单位”,去年又获得省企业管理优秀奖,被命名为湖南省“六好企业”。改革的成效使我们体会到,党委在企业实行有效的保证监督,是实行厂长负责制的重要保证。
