本文研究了在高梯度磁选机的介质上颗粒聚集的满载荷条件的模型。该模型准确地予见了近来由弗里莱恩德(Friedlaender)等报告的聚集轮廓。该模型的主要进展在于:载荷(单位体积介质上捕集物料的体积)被单值地定义为一个无因次量,称为载荷数N_L。由直接测定,证实了载荷数N_L优于由瓦特逊作为载荷量度而提出的无因次量。本文还利用N_L探讨了回收赤铁矿的细粒下限。
In this paper, the model of the full load condition of particle agglomeration on the medium of a high gradient magnetic separator is studied. The model accurately captures the aggregate profile recently reported by Friedlaender et al. The main progress of this model is that the load (the volume of material captured on a unit volume medium) is defined as a dimensionless quantity called the load number N_L. From the direct measurement, it is confirmed that the number of loads N_L is superior to the dimensionless quantity proposed by Watson as the load measurement. This article also uses N_L to discuss the lower limit of recovery of hematite.
