目的了解青岛市李沧区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为做好公共场所卫生监督提供依据。方法对李沧区2013年度使用公共场所集中空调通风系统的33家单位通过现场查看,查阅资料和问卷形式进行管理现状调查,同时以随机抽样的方法对15家公共场所集中空调通风系统进行卫生指标检测。结果 15家公共场所的429个采样点中,有35个点卫生指标检测不合格,总合格率为91.84%。其中所有卫生指标全部合格的仅有5家单位,占采样总数的33.33%。4项不合格指标中,送风细菌总数合格率为64.44%;送风真菌总数合格率为80%;风管内细菌总数合格率为92.31%;风管内真菌总数合格率为94.87%。结论李沧区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定卫生隐患,应进一步加大卫生监督和指导力度,规范集中空调清洗、消毒和检测措施,提高公共场所卫生管理水平。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Licang District of Qingdao City and provide the basis for health supervision in public places. Methods A total of 33 units using the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Licang District in 2013 were investigated through on-site inspection, access to information and questionnaires, and health indicators were collected in 15 public places centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems by random sampling Detection. Results Of the 429 sampling points in 15 public places, 35 points failed to pass the health index test, with a total pass rate of 91.84%. All of them all qualified only five health indicators, accounting for 33.33% of the total number of samples. Among the four unqualified indicators, the total number of airborne bacteria passing rate was 64.44%; the total number of airborne fungi passing rate was 80%; the total number of bacteria in air duct was 92.31%; the total number of fungi in air duct was 94.87%. Conclusion There is a potential health hazard in the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Licang district. Health supervision and guidance should be further strengthened to standardize the measures for cleaning, disinfection and detection of centralized air conditioners and to improve the hygiene management level in public places.
