房屋建筑施工由于工程复杂,牵涉关系面广,在施工过程中以及施工完成之后可能出现渗漏的问题。一旦出现房屋渗漏,就会严重影响居民正常和工作,需要及时处理,因此需要施工单位参与房屋维修,也就增加了维修费用,影响了施工单位的信誉。因此,施工单位应该尽可能在施工过程中采用防渗漏技术,保证工程质量,减少渗漏现象的出现,同时也减少在竣工之后维修所花费的人力、物力,财力。
