本文主要针对于房屋建筑屋面及卫生间防水的有效施工措施为切入点进行分析,结合当下屋面刚性防水、屋面柔性防水、防水施工质量控制这四方面为主要依据,基于卫生间防水的有效措施进行深入探索与研究,主要目的在于加大对房屋建筑屋面与卫生间的防水力度,从而有效预防房屋建筑出现漏水现象,从而导致房屋使用年限受影响。
