The National Art Museum of China displays the work of Willie Eisenstitz, a painter born in Vienna, from October 26 to November 8, 2011, with the title “From Separation to Expressionism.” Most of the 70 works on display this time include oil paintings and several pastel paintings, which show the artistic development of the painters: from the very beginning they were obviously influenced by Secessionists and later with their outstanding personal style. During the period, Willie Eisenstitz received the influence and enlightenment of Impressionism and Cubism, finally found a expression of expression of personality full of personality. His landscape, in particular, shows the light and color of southern France (where painters settled after the First World War).
