本文从光栅用于计量的基本原理谈起,介绍一个用于数字连续控制铣床的反馈测量装置的光学系统。为了获得0.01毫米的脉冲当量,该系统采用25线/毫米的黑白光栅,但采用分光的读数系统是它的特点。
This article starts with the fundamentals of using a grating for metrology and introduces an optical system for a feedback measurement device for digital continuous milling control. In order to obtain a pulse equivalent of 0.01 mm, the system uses a black / white grating of 25 lines / mm, but a spectrophotometric reading system is its specialty.
