一干部岗位培训,就其性质来说,是以提高干部政治和业务素质为目的的教育培训,它不同于普通教育,也不同于一般培训。它是根据社会、经济发展需要和工作的要求,通过对干部进行培训,使干部保持与社会发展同步的政治思想觉悟、知识业务技能、健康的心理素质等。它的基本原则是:在马列主义毛泽东思想指导下,坚持政治与业务相结合,理论联系实际,学用一致,按需施教,讲求实效。培训的种类,大体上分为岗前培训、转任培训、资格培训,在职培训四大类,各类培训的内容和要求有所不同。当前岗位培训存在的问题,主要是大多沿用传统的教育观念和培训模式,同时又存在主观随意性与违背教育科学和教学规律的状况。

The current problems in post training mainly follow the traditional concepts of education and training mode, at the same time there is a situation of subjective arbitrariness and breach of educational science and teaching law.
