There is an old saying,“three cobblers with their wits combined surpass Zhuge Liang the master mind”. It is not only true in terms of in-dividual wisdom, but also applicable in corporate operation and manage-ment. Due to various reasons, conflicts and contradictions are unavoida-ble among different departments and among employees in a corporation. To solve these contradictions, we need to carry out self-regulation;in-evitably there are inconsistency and maladjustment between corporation and environment, between corporation and customers, between corpora-tion and other corporations, between corporation and the state,between corporation and the society.
