挤压铸造对Al-Si-Cu合金组织与性能的影响

对体育器械用Al-Si-Cu合金进行了挤压铸造处理,研究了不同挤压铸造比压对合金硬度和显微组织的影响,并分析了挤压铸造合金不同区域的初生硅和枝晶形态。结果表明,随着挤压铸造比压的增加,合金的布氏硬度呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在挤压铸造比压为630 MPa时取得硬度最大值;不同挤压铸造比压下的合金中都主要为块状的初生硅相、珊瑚状的共晶硅相、短棒状的Al2Cu相和鱼骨状的Al Si Cu Mg相;随着挤压铸造比压的增加,合金中的α-Al枝晶不断增大,而枝晶间距不断减小,同时初生硅的尺寸有所细小、棱角逐渐钝化。

Squeeze casting of Al-Si-Cu alloy for sports equipment was carried out to study the effect of different squeeze casting pressure on hardness and microstructure of the alloy. The primary Si and dendrite morphology in different regions of squeeze casting alloy . The results show that with the increase of the specific pressure of extrusion die casting, the Brinell hardness of the alloy first increases and then decreases. The maximum hardness is obtained when the specific pressure of the extrusion die casting is 630 MPa. Are mainly the massive primary silicon phase, the coral eutectic silicon phase, the short rod-like Al2Cu phase and the fish bone-like Al Si Cu Mg phase. With the increase of the specific pressure of extrusion casting, the α- Al dendrite increases, while the dendrite spacing decreases, while the size of primary silicon is small, angular gradually passivation.
