建国以来,会计工作和其他工作一样,也是经历了几上几下的曲折发展过程,遭受了很大创伤。党的十一届三中全会以后,全国的会计工作随着田民经济的调整逐步得到了加强;财会机构普遍得到了恢复;会计队伍不断壮大;会计人员刻苦学习,钻研业务,努力工作的积极性空前高涨;会计理论的研究也逐步活跃起来。形势之好,是前所未有的a但是,我们也必须清醒地看到,就我区的情况,会计工作还仅仅是向好的方面
