With the acceleration of China’s reform and opening up process and the establishment of a socialist market economic system, corporate culture theory has been widely disseminated in China, which has aroused great interest and attention from theorists and business people. In particular, while many companies are introducing advanced foreign management experience, they are actively engaged in research and practice in corporate culture, and gradually explored some practical experiences that suit the national conditions and the company’s actual success, effectively promoting the progress and development of the company. At the same time, we also noticed that due to the long-term impact of the planned economy in China, many companies, especially large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, are conceived and involved in concepts and management.
