1998年9月10日,中国美术家协会顾问、著名画家关山月将他精心创作的国画《红梅傲雪俏报春》赠给抗洪部队。赠画仪式在北京举行。中央军委委员、总政治部主任于永波出席赠画仪式,并代表军委领导向关山月表示感谢。关山月在赠画仪式上当场作诗一首:“风雨雷霆共一舟,红旗在握舵为筹;举国军民凝聚力,否去泰来天道酬。”
On September 10, 1998, Guan Shanyue, a consultant and famous painter of the Chinese Artists Association, presented his elaborately crafted Chinese painting “Hongmei Aoxueqiuchun” to the flood fighting force. Painting ceremony was held in Beijing. Yu Yongbo, member of the Central Military Commission and director of the General Political Department, presented the painting ceremony and expressed his thanks to Guanshanyue for representing the leaders of the Central Military Commission. Guan Shan month on the scene at the gift ceremony poem: “The storm thunder a total of one boat, the red flag at the helm for the chip; national military and civilian cohesion, whether to Thailand to Heaven’s reward.”
