由于红土化的镍矿石中所含的镍并不是以可鉴定的矿物存在,故通常认为这些矿石不适合于选别。为此,将这些矿石直接进行冶炼,或用浸出法处理以提取其中的镍。本文介绍了一种从含镍的、红土化的铬铁矿表土中富集镍的工艺。这种表土通常是采矿作业产生的废弃物料。采用浮选工艺时,可从含镍低达0.36%的物料中得到镍品位高于1.1%的粗精矿。已确定了一个以试验为基础的、预测镍品位的关系式。
Since the nickel contained in the laterite nickel ore is not present as an identifiable mineral, it is generally considered that these ores are not suitable for sorting. To do this, these ores are directly smelted or leached to extract the nickel therein. This paper presents a process for enriching nickel from the topsoil containing nickel and laterite chromite. This topsoil is usually the waste material from mining operations. In flotation processes, coarse concentrates with a nickel grade above 1.1% can be obtained from materials as low as 0.36% nickel. A test-based, predictive nickel grade relationship has been established.
