本文总结JT-ESWLⅢ型机治疗泌尿系结石613例的临床疗效。结果为一次粉碎成功率97.82%,一次粉碎排净率55.46%,二次以上粉碎排净率21.86%.置管51例,输尿管巨位碎石成功率81.25％,开放手术8例1.31％,急诊碎石治疗23例及结石梗阻无尿7例均一次碎石后排净。无选择地对116例门诊病人碎石后采用HD-89-VA型推按运经仪加强碎石治疗,对碎石后促进加快排石起到了较好效果。本文对急诊碎石的适应症和开放手术的指征以及碎石成功率及临床治愈率进行了讨论。
This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of JT-ESWL Ⅲ machine in the treatment of urinary calculi in 613 cases. The results showed that the success rate of primary crushing was 97.82%, the primary crushing rate was 55.46%, the secondary crushing rate was 21.86% .In 51 cases, the success rate of ureteric macadam was 81.25%, 8 cases of open operation were 1.31% Gravel therapy in 23 cases and stone obstruction no urine in 7 cases are a row of gravel after row net. There was no choice of 116 cases of outpatients gravel using HD-89-VA push by the instrument to strengthen lithotripsy, to accelerate the stone row after the stone has played a better effect. This article discusses the indications for emergency gravel and open surgery and the success rate and clinical cure rate of gravel.
