一、问题的提出保护环境,维护生态平衡,是人类生存和发展的需要.国家财政预算,力求达到收入与支出的平衡,谓之财政平衡.一个家庭各成员之间心态的平衡,感情平衡,互相体贴,才能和睦幸福……由此联想到物理课堂教学,老师的付出与学生的收获达到平衡状态,是老师追求的理想目标.课堂教学是师生双方动脑、动手、动口的双边活动,是共同完成教学目标的动态过程,使教学始终处于平衡状态,是全面提高学生素质的值得探讨的问题.
