企业的发展和国有企业中的法律制度建设有着密切的联系。在国际金融危机的情况下,国有企业在企业的发展中更加重视法律的作用。构建健全的企业的总法顾问组织体系,不断加强企业管理人员的法律意识,这对提高法律在国有企业中的作用有着重要的作用。如今是法治社会,国有企业也正在向着法律化的道路方向发展,但是重视程度还是不够的,多多少少还是有这一些问题,本文从国有企业中的法律顾问制度建设角度出发进行探讨,对怎样提高法律在国有企业中的治理能力提出了一些相应的意见。
The development of enterprises is closely linked with the construction of the legal system in state-owned enterprises. In the case of the international financial crisis, state-owned enterprises pay more attention to the role of law in the development of enterprises. It is of great importance to improve the law’s role in the state-owned enterprises by building a sound system of general counsel and consultants of the enterprises and constantly strengthening the legal awareness of the enterprise managers. Nowadays is a society under the rule of law. State-owned enterprises are also moving towards the legalization. However, the degree of emphasis is still not sufficient. More or less, some problems still exist. This article discusses from the point of view of establishing a system of legal consultants in state-owned enterprises. Put forward some corresponding opinions on how to improve the governance capacity of law in state-owned enterprises.
