目的就复方利多卡因乳膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察进行探讨。方法选取2011年1月~2012年12月在我院收治的100例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例,治疗组在薄层医用无纺布上涂抹1~2g/10cm2的复方利多卡因乳膏,然后再将无纺布用保鲜膜进行封包,同时,再将其与皮肤粘贴好,2次/d,每天总用量<10g,每次时间控制在3~5h。对照组将患处用含量为1%的双氯芬酸凝胶进行薄涂,不封包,2次/d。结果 50例治疗组患者总有效率为96%,不良反应4例(8%);50例对照组患者总有效率为74%,不良反应8例(16%);两组患者的不良反应经过对症治疗后,均消失。结论复方利多卡因乳膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,临床疗效较好,操作方便、简单,不良反应小,特别是对于痛觉过敏或者局部皮肤灼痛的患者更加有效,值得在临床上大量应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound lidocaine cream in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has good clinical curative effect, easy operation, simple and small adverse reaction, especially for patients with hyperalgesia or local skin burning, which is worth to be clinically significant application.
