通过对带有方框偏析的断裂螺栓截面上碳元素的分布及组织、性能的检测 ,在不同热处理制度下材料抗拉强度的研究 ,找到了螺栓断裂的原因 ,提出了改进措施。
By analyzing the carbon element distribution, microstructure and properties of the fractured bolt with square frame segregation and the tensile strength of the material under different heat treatment systems, the cause of the bolt fracture was found and the improvement measures were put forward.
