5-〔(3,5-二氯-2-吡啶)偶氮〕-2,4-二氨基甲苯(简称3,5-Cl_2-PADAT)是一种测定微量钯和钴的优良试剂。在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(简称SDBS)存在下,3,5-Cl_2-PADAT也是测定微量镍的优良显色剂。本文对新显色体系Ni(Ⅱ)-3,5-Cl_2-PADAT-SDBS作了系统的研究。在所确立的最佳显色条件下,应用本体系测镍,选择性及灵敏度(ε_(570)=1.31×10~5)较一般光度法好(表1)。镍量在0.008—0.32ppm范围内服从比尔定律。
5 - [(3,5-dichloro-2-pyridyl) azo] -2,4-diaminotoluene (referred to as 3,5-Cl_2-PADAT) is an excellent reagent for the determination of trace amounts of palladium and cobalt. In the presence of anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (referred to as SDBS), 3,5-Cl_2-PADAT is also an excellent color reagent for the determination of trace nickel. In this paper, a new color system Ni (Ⅱ) -3,5-Cl_2-PADAT-SDBS was systematically studied. Under the optimum conditions of color development, the selectivity and sensitivity (ε_ (570) = 1.31 × 10 ~ 5) were better than the general photometric method (Table 1). The nickel content obeys Bill’s law in the range of 0.008-0.32 ppm.
