应用标记R-S细胞、B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的5种单克隆抗体LeuM_1、BerH_2、LCA、L_(26)和UCHL_1对43例何杰金病(HD)的石蜡标本进行了免疫组织化学染色,以T、B细胞淋巴瘤各15例作对照研究。结果:非淋巴细胞为主型何杰金病(nonLPHD)的R-S细胞对LeuM_1的阳性率为64.3%,对LCA、L_(26)和UCHL_1呈阴性反应;而非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL),LeuM_1仅偶在T细胞淋巴瘤中呈阳性(6.7%),LCA、L_(26)和UCHL_1标记NHL、B-NHL和T-NHL阳性率分别是83.3%、73.3%和66.7%。因此,在石蜡切片上联合应用LeuM1、LCA、L_(26)和UCHL_1对鉴别HD与NHL有重要的参考价值。淋巴细胞为主型何杰金病(LPHD)的R-S细胞对LCA和L_(26)的阳性率为53.3%和60%,nonLPHD中R-S细胞对BerH_2的阳性率为21.4%。提示LPHD的R-S细胞来源于B淋巴细胞,nonLPHD的R-S细胞可能与活化的淋巴细胞有关。
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded specimens of 43 Hodgkin’s disease (HD) samples using five monoclonal antibodies labeled with LeuM_1, BerH_2, LCA, L_ (26) and UCHL_1 labeled with R-S cells, B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes Staining, T, B-cell lymphoma in 15 cases as a control study. Results: The positive rate of LeuM_1 in non-lymphocytic non-Hodgkin’s disease (RIL) was 64.3%, negative for LCA, L_ (26) and UCHL_1, but not Hodgkin’s lymphoma The positive rates of NHL, LeuM_1 in T-cell lymphomas were 6.7%. The positive rates of NHL, B-NHL and T-NHL in LCA, L 26 and UCHL 1 were 83.3% 73.3% and 66.7%. Therefore, the combined application of LeuM1, LCA, L_ (26) and UCHL_1 on paraffin sections has important reference value for distinguishing between HD and NHL. The positive rates of LCA and L_ (26) in R-S cells of lymphoid-predominant Hodgkin’s disease (LPHD) were 53.3% and 60%, respectively. The positive rate of R-S cells to BerH_2 in nonLPHD was 21%. 4%. It is suggested that the R-S cells of LPHD are derived from B lymphocytes, and the R-S cells of nonLPHD may be related to activated lymphocytes.
