[目的]研究不同施氮水平和施氮方式对水稻植株不同形态氮素含量的影响。[方法]以桂朝2号和叠加占为试验材料,以总氮、蛋白氮、叶绿素氮、可溶性蛋白氮、Rubisco-N、游离氨基态氮为指标,研究施氮对水稻植株不同形态氮素含量的影响。[结果]水稻抽穗期和成熟期植株总氮、蛋白氮、叶绿素氮、可溶性蛋白氮、Rubisco-N、游离氨基态氮含量均随施氮水平提高而提高。在相同施氮量条件下,重施穗肥时其含量较高。但施氮对不同形态氮素的影响程度不同,对Rubisco-N和游离氨基态氮影响明显。不同施氮水平下两个品种早晚季无论是抽穗期还是成熟期Rubisco-N和游离氨基态氮含量差异均达到显著或极显著水平。相关分析表明,水稻植株早晚季抽穗期和成熟期水稻植株总氮含量与蛋白氮含量均呈极显著相关。[结论]该研究为阐明氮肥运筹对水稻氮素吸收与利用的调节作用提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different nitrogen application rates and nitrogen application modes on the content of different forms of nitrogen in rice plants. [Method] The total nitrogen, protein nitrogen, chlorophyll nitrogen, soluble protein nitrogen, Rubisco-N and free amino nitrogen were taken as indexes to study the effects of nitrogen application on different forms of nitrogen Effect of content. [Result] The contents of total nitrogen, protein nitrogen, chlorophyll nitrogen, soluble protein nitrogen, Rubisco-N and free amino nitrogen in heading stage and maturity stage of rice increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Under the same nitrogen application rate, the content of heavy panicle was higher. However, the effects of nitrogen application on different forms of nitrogen were different, and the effects of Rubisco-N and free amino nitrogen were obvious. The contents of Rubisco-N and free amino-nitrogen in two cultivars reached the significant or extremely significant level at heading and maturing stages under different N rates. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between total nitrogen content and protein nitrogen content in rice plants at early and late heading stage and maturity. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for elucidating the regulatory effect of N application on nitrogen absorption and utilization in rice.
