过去,我们的市场很旺,大家有的说是“浙江现象”,有的说是“杭州现象”,其实杭州现象和浙江现象是一致的,杭州市房地产投资,占浙江省的28%,销售面积占22%,销售金额占30%,房地产企业个数占22%。其中,一级企业占45%,一级与二级合起来占46%。所以杭州房地产发展在全省的地位是举足轻重的。可以这样说,杭州的市场,不光是杭州人的市场,也是浙江人的市场。我这次到金华去,金华的人很眼热杭州,因为义乌人、永康人、东阳人很少到它这里来买房,而义乌人、永康人、东阳人来杭州买房子的却不少。所以,杭州的市场是浙江的市场,杭州的房地产成长的模式和发展的趋势反映了浙江省的房地产的成长模式和引进的趋势。
