本文从牛顿─欧拉方程出发，并考虑动力学问题，得出了旋转梁振动的动力学方程，通过在平衡态解附近对方程线性化，给出了其特征值问题。
In this paper, starting from the Newton-Euler equation and taking into account the dynamics problem, the dynamic equation of the vibration of the rotating beam is obtained. The eigenvalue problem is given by linearizing the equation near the equilibrium solution.
