报告经改良翼点颅中窝底入路显微手术切除颅内巨大跨硬膜内外天幕上下肿瘤5例，预后良好，手术入路改良使术野暴露良好，减少并发症。
The report improved the wing pterygoid cranial midfielder microsurgical removal of intracranial giant intracerebral tumor above and below the canopies in 5 cases, the prognosis is good, the surgical approach to improve the operative field exposure and reduce complications.
