为了充分利用现有进口的45-R型牙轮钻机,东北工学院采选机械教研室和上海第一石油机械厂钻头研究室共同试制了用以将炮孔孔径从250毫米扩大为310毫米的矿用牙轮钻头扩孔器5支,其中倾角5度的3支,8度的2支,并于1980年8~9月在上海第一石油机械厂牙轮钻头实验台上做了试验。扩孔器的三个滚轮轴都倾斜一定角度,在扭矩的作用下呈螺旋线形转动,从而孔壁给扩孔器一个自动推进的力。这样,只需适当增加扭矩,就能使炮孔直径扩大,达到利用小型号钻机钻大孔径炮孔的目的。试验中测试了轴压、扭矩、转数、钻进速度、振幅和轴承温度等参数。试验表明:扩孔器的主要设计参数是合理的;从
