随着我国教育事业的快速发展,产学研的结合已经成为教育发展的重要模式之一。特别是对中职教育,这种以就业为导向的教学活动,更应当关注企业实践与理论教学的结合。加强企业与学校的结合,让教师参与到企业实践活动中,有利于双师型教师队伍的打造,权衡好教师参与企业实践的利弊,有利于教育的成长与教育水平的提高。
