主要瓜类作物的染色体的制片方法报导较少。根据瓜类作物的染色体较小,而细胞中又高含脂肪粒的特点,我们对部分瓜类作物的体细胞染色体制片方法做了初步探讨,现报导如下。一、材料和方法本试验所用材料有陕西省蔬菜研究所提供的黄瓜(CuCumis sativus)品种,新疆葡萄瓜类研究所提供的甜瓜(C.melo)、小亚瓢(Citrullusvulqaris)、丝瓜(Cuffa-cylindrica)、西葫芦(Cucurbita pepo)、南瓜(CuCurbita moschata)以及甜瓜与以上不同种的杂种。
Chromosome crop production of major melons crops less reported. According to the cucumber plants smaller chromosomes, and cells in the characteristics of high fat particles, we part of the melon crops somatic chromosome preparation method made a preliminary study, are as follows. I. Materials and Methods The materials used in this experiment were CuCumis sativus cultivated by Shaanxi Provincial Vegetable Research Institute, C. melo, Citrullus vulgaris, Cuffa- cylindrica, Cucurbita pepo, CuCurbita moschata, and hybrids of different melons and above.
