患者男,61岁.8月余前因“肛周疼痛伴溢脓3周”在当地医院行肠镜检查未见明显异常,随来我科就诊.查体:患者取截石位,肛门外观正常,肛门指诊触及齿状线5点有一条索状物向直肠上方延伸,按压有坠胀感,肛门镜见齿状线5点色红.门诊以“肛瘘”收入院.于2019年3月8日腰麻下行肛瘘切开挂线根治术,术中探查瘘管沿直肠黏膜下向直肠上方延伸,长约4 cm ,考虑为内盲瘘.
