The inventory management of storage pot of disaster relief materials are normally at the stage of estimate with experience.it is effective for disaster defense and prepareness to store disaster relief materials with a fixed scale,but much money for disaster relief is occupied.The shortage of money for disaster relief is still a problem right now,so it could be better for distributing the resource and utilizing the finite money if making inventory decision with the dynamic demand of disaster relief materials.This paper creates an expert method database,based on the forecasting data in the near future,to estimate the demand of disaster relief materials.And expounds a inventory control method of storage pot of disaster relief materials to achieve the purpose of best management comparatively,which contains managements cost and validity.
