对驻莱姆病高发地区某部官兵莱姆病感染状况进行了调查。应用ＩＦＡ法检测５３０人抗Ｂ．Ｂ螺旋体抗体，感染率为７．１７．％。传播媒介为长角血蜱，与当地优势蜱种相一致。应用ＰＣＲ法检测抗体阳性者Ｂ．Ｂ－ＤＮＡ，阳性率为４２．１１％。对莱姆病患者应用大剂量青霉素结合对症治疗，效果良好。
Investigation of the status of Lyme disease in some ministry in the area with high incidence of Lyme disease. Application of IFA method to detect 530 people anti-B. B spirochete antibody, the infection rate was 7.17. %. The vector is longicornothrix, which is consistent with the dominant species of ticks. The antibody positive B was detected by PCR. B-DNA, the positive rate was 42.11%. Lyme disease patients with high-dose combination of penicillin symptomatic treatment, the effect is good.
