The United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice was established in 1992 and held its first session in Vienna, Austria, in May of the same year. Based on the thematic priorities set by the Commission at its first session as a five-year period, the session focused on three issues: domestic and transnational crime, organized crime, economic crimes, including money-laundering, and criminal law in the protection of the environment Prevention of juvenile delinquency and crime of crime; Efficiency, fairness and improvement in the administration of criminal justice systems and related systems, Appropriate emphasis should be given to strengthening the capacity of developing countries to formulate appropriate policies in the regular collection, collation and use of relevant information ability.
