较高或较深的混凝土挡墙施工,传统的拼模方法是用定型钢模板配合木模(方木),木模中间钻孔供穿螺杆,用以加固钢模板。但这种施工方法有木模与定型钢模板不易固定,木模与螺栓紧固时易于内陷或凸突,拆模后混凝土外观质量不好和平整度、垂直度不易保证等缺陷。我单位在施工中自制异型钢模板配合定型钢模板施工,较好地解决了这一问题。
Higher or deeper concrete retaining wall construction, the traditional method is to use the spell stereotypes steel template with wood (square wood), the middle of the wood for drilling through the screw, to reinforce the steel template. However, this method of construction is not easy to fix the wooden form and the stereotyped steel formwork, the wood form and the bolt are easy to invade or protrude when tightened, the quality of the appearance appearance of the concrete after the formwork disassembly is poor and the flatness and the verticality are not easy to be guaranteed. My unit in the construction of self-shaped steel template with the stereotypes steel template construction, a better solution to this problem.
