背景:如果“为官不易”作为一种消极的官场论调,理所当然应受到严肃批评,因为在这种心态下必然滋生“为官不为”的不良作风,实质是一种权力观的错位、宗旨意识的淡薄。中央八项规定出台后,不少官员因“四风”问题受到了严厉查处,习惯于“慵懒散奢”的官员觉得从此“好日子”一去不复返了,所以便情不自禁感叹“为官不易”。
