为了更好地开发档案信息资源,为四化建设服务,我们对公司档案处1986至1988年科技档案和文书档案的利用效果进行了调查,发出调查表495份,收回调查表363份。从收回的调查表中,我们可以清楚地看出企业利用档案的新趋势以及影响利用效果的主要因素。一、企业利用档案的新趋势随着党的中心工作的转移和政治经济体制改革的深入,档案和用工作也出现了新的趋势,主要表现在科技利用和实际利用两个方面。1.科技利用呈上升趋势。
In order to better develop archives and information resources and serve the four modernizations, we investigated the utilization of scientific archives and document files from 1986 to 1988 at the Company Archives Department, issuing 495 questionnaires and 363 questionnaires. From the questionnaires we retrieved, we can clearly see the new trends in the utilization of archives by enterprises and the main factors that affect their effectiveness. I. New Trend of Enterprise Utilization of Archives With the shift of the central work of the party and the deepening reform of the political and economic system, there have also been new trends in archival and employment work, mainly manifested in two aspects: utilization of science and technology and actual utilization. 1.
