目的:了解CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥的影响。方法:动物随机分组后,首先分别在侧脑室、纹状体和海马埋管,5~7天后经导管微量注射CCK-8或等容量生理盐水,继而在高压氧(0.7MPa)暴露下观察大鼠惊厥始发时间(ITC)、惊厥严重程度(SOC)和存活时间(ST)。结果:(1)侧脑室或纹状体或海马注射CCK-8均可显著或非常显著地推迟ITC、减轻SOC和延长ST。(2)侧脑室与不同胞区注射CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥的预防作用无显著性差异。结论:(1)侧脑室或纹状体或海马注射CCK-8对大鼠氧惊厥有一定的预防作用,而不同部位注射预防效果无显著差异。(2)进一步证实了大鼠脑内CCK-8含量变化与氧惊厥有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of CCK-8 on oxygen convulsion in rats. Methods: After randomly grouping animals, they were first placed in the lateral ventricle, striatum and hippocampus respectively. After 5 to 7 days, CCK-8 or equal volume normal saline was injected through the catheter, followed by exposure to hyperbaric oxygen (0.7 MPa) Seizure onset time (ITC), seizure severity (SOC) and survival time (ST) in rats. Results: (1) CCK-8 could significantly or very significantly delay ITC, relieve SOC and prolong ST by injecting CCK-8 into lateral ventricle or striatum or hippocampus. (2) There was no significant difference in the preventive effect of CCK-8 between lateral ventricle and different intracerebral compartment on oxygen convulsion in rats. Conclusion: (1) CCK-8 injected into lateral ventricle or striatum or hippocampus can prevent oxygen convulsions in rats, but there is no significant difference between the two groups. (2) It is further confirmed that the content of CCK-8 in rat brain is related to oxygen convulsion.
